Do not expect to get what you actually order. Not one of the sandwiches we ordered was correct. For how expensive Wendy's is you would expect them to actually get you what you order.
I went there on Tuesday and I had the best customer service. The manager, he’s a new one, I believe his name was Patrick,was very friendly and polite. I loved how he was helping the older couple in front of me. The food was on point. I will definitely be back.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Order will be wrong, staff are not friendly, food will be cold.
I will never go to this location again,my wife ordered a chicken sandwich it was cold they tried to remedy the problem by microwaving the entire sandwich then when she didn’t want that she ask for her money back and was refused the manager cursed at her and was very unprofessional!!! I will be reaching out the his manager and corporate!!!
This store never gets the order right, never gives me a receipt, never even gave me a total this time! Every item I got was wrong (chicken instead of burger, regular nuggets instead of spicy, regular chicken sandwich instead of ghost pepper, no ice in drinks) I have given them several chances but this is the last one. -1 stars
Bad service supervisor very rude and no have cashier for take order in the front when come the door is lock drinks machine in floor no have sugar free productos and ask for drinks inside say me no, you need take from the machine and the machine is dirty and the peces down
