Terrible service every time never fails. I’ve given it chance after chance due to living close by. Both Wendy’s in Port Orange don’t waste your time.
I had an order of almost $50. They forgot my nuggets and I drove all the way back and they ended up not giving us the correct amount anyways. Also the baked potato we ordered was rock hard and raw. Oh well lesson learned … used to love Wendy’s.
Frosty is always excellent , Chili is delicious.
If you want to grab a quick breakfast, this Wendy's is slow (not many people in line) in the morning. I really don't know why it's not busier except that people probably do not realize it is open for breakfast. The croissants are square, not twisted in the traditional half moon, so that was different. Also, I have to mention that they were out of bacon one morning. What? The staff is super friendly, though, and everything was served up fast.
Ordered two hamburgers no cheese and she repeated that. One had cheese. Waited on one person then we had to wait until she finished their order. Burger was dry on the edges. It's been years since we've been there and nothing seems to have changed
We love the Wendy's coupons that we get in the mail every month!
The only thing positive to say about this location is the parking lot is usually empty and you can park close to the door, very slow service at the counter better to use drive thru, employees hair looks unwashed and their uniforms look dirty. Food never is served hot always room temperature, Wendy's as a whole seems to have their Glory days behind them.
It's been some time since my wife and I ate at Wendy's. I've aways enjoyed their chili, but we're not sure what happened to the "Hot & Juicy" in Wendy's burgers. The workers at Wendy's in Port Orange seemed disconnected, robotic even. The entire store is a little sad. It's unlikely we'll be back. Darryl & Christy
