If you go here after 6pm be ready for a MESS. teenagers are on their phones, laughing and talking, cars pulled up for over 15 minutes. It's terrible. Bypass this location

Just in Phenix City alone, this restaurant and staff are the best! The energy and customer service is great! I haven't had any bad experiences so far. Literally the other restaurants here locally need to step up! I give my kudos where deserved and they sure do deserve them. Regardless if it's drive thru or going inside- food is fresh, service is quick and so nice, everyone smiles and speaks to you, my main #1 thing for real is how clean they are too! Edit: As of 2/2/24... just watched one of the employees with no gloves on dump fries in the trash can, wipe across her forehead, and then fix a drive-thru order and one the fry orders she used the same bare hand to sprinkle shredded cheese onto someones fries.! Right before that happened, i was looking around on the empty tables and seen crumbs and condiments left behind... it wasn't that busy, so why was it nasty... seen at least 4 ladies inside. We won't be back! Things happen, but that's just intentionally nasty.

The Chicken sandwich wasn’t just undercooked, it was raw!!! Extremely rude staff serving raw chicken

Once again, they got my order wrong! I was reimbursed (store credit) because they got my order wrong earlier this week. I went back today to use my store credit and checked my food before I left and yes they got it wrong again!!! Train your staff better and you will not have to keep giving away free food The owner obviously isn’t concerned and he just lets high school kids give money away…sad

i cannot stress this enough IF SOMETHING IS OUT OR DOWN TELL ME BEFORE I PAY FOR MY ORDER. personally i love sweet tea they're out after i pay ok fine i'll take the water bottle. then "can you pull behind that car?" i pull up and BOOM a line of 5 cars out there when i only saw one when i pulled up at first. proceeds to take over 6 minutes for my order that they didn't even get right. to top it off when i paid i got no receipt come to think of it i never do... SCAMMERS!!

Every single time you go at night they will rush you to pull up so it looks like they are getting customers out, then they will give you an order missing half of it or the entirely wrong order, this hasn’t happened once , twice or even three times it’s every single time you go at night, the morning crew is awesome. Not to mention an employee on break smoking a blunt out front and yes the smell was potent.
