Need to be clean

Totally disguised. Health guidelines not kept. Food cold and wrong. Staff rude. Manager good as a paper weight. No one cares. Pretzel bread was not pretzel , regular vanilla shake was strawberry kids menu. Derogatory attitude. Lack of management and care.

The meat is not seasoned. The guy forgot my fries and didn’t give me any utensils for my chili?! He messed up my order. And the meat was undercooked. The guy making the food looked rude and dirty. One star service

Ten to fifteen years ago this Wendy’s was so good! Great quality fast food. Now…. Soggy or burnt fries, burnt or undercooked chicken, overcooked breakfast food, food is not wrapped, stale cookies, watered down drinks… I thought it was a one time thing but everytime I give this Wendy’s a chance again, it disappoints. The food quality is just terrible. Burger King and McDonald’s is nearby and their food is at least not burnt, soggy, and so on. No more Wendy’s spicy nuggets ☹️

Their food has become lackluster. Their fries are the worst of any fast food restaurant. Their soda machines look as if they haven’t been cleaned/maintained for months. Their dining room is not as clean as it should be.
