Food was cold, service took too long, dining area isn’t clean

Ordered a baconator combo. Had hair- more than one piece.... in my fries and my burger was rare and not cooked through. This is not the first time I have had issues at this Wendy's with the quality of food. It had been a while and I wanted to give them a second chance. But when there is more than one piece of hair in the food that's beyond gross. I will never be back.
Went through the drive thru tonight around 7:30pm on 4/14/24 and the white male taking orders and working the window was feeding a dog in someone’s car chicken nuggets and letting the dog lick his hands. When we pulled up to the window we simply asked that he wash his hands before handling our food and he said no and if we have a problem with it we can leave. Thats disgusting! The manager seemed like he just lets him do whatever but apologized to us, however this is unacceptable at a restaurant and he still never made him wash his hands. I have reported this and will be calling corporate in the morning. Just nasty!
Food is always fresh . They usually get order correct
I'm highly disappointed! I went through the drive-thru and ordered a double baconator and large fries. When I got home, what I had was a Dave single regular burger and fries. Not sure I'll be going back to this Wendy's again... And when I tried to call them about it with the phone number listed online, it rings for a long time and then disconnects. No one ever answers.
