This is the 3rd time I received a cold breakfast. I usually order breakfast for my kids here. Unfortunately, this is the only Wendy’s that uses old biscuits. The other 2 Wendy’s we go to serves FRESH biscuits daily, not the left overs from the day before. This Wendy’s needs to step their game up and either tell the employees to stop being so lazy, or management to not be so cheap. We will be traveling to the other Wendy’s from now on.
I can confirm others' reviews. This particular location is not giving everything you order. For some reason, they just don't give them. You don't get what you pay for. And if you don't ask the crew to wait while you check your orders carefully, they will just shut the window on you and goodbye. My experience more than once happened. I cannot go back because I have to go to work. But I was missing two orders. I thought I can trust these people. Boy, was I wrong. Happened again tonight 2/14/24 around 11pm. And I was the only customer. Oh well.
Got my drink wrong. My granola bar was stale. They come off a little rude. Probably wont eat her again. The area outside is nice.
Guys don’t order through any delivery app, they don’t add the proper items within your order. Avoid at all cost
Food wasn't fresh at all for the price cashier didn't know what she was doing forgot to charge the person I was with for their food and they had orders just sitting on the counter walking around it while customers and grubhub was waiting around
Overall wendies as a whole is good. Better than Carl's Jr for the same price when comparing for food. However this location is a hit or miss. In other words always check what you order since this location tends to forgot items. Not always, but from time to time. And always ask for a receipt.
