I went for an interview and the manager was late. How is a manager late to an interview. Then I got a txt a couple days later telling me they couldn’t hire me because I never showed up.

The girl who helped us was extremely nice and understanding. I didn't catch her name. Unfortunately but very petite shorter white female.. food and service was amazing! Great job at this location crew!

If I could've given negative stars I would have!! I haven't been to the Wendy's location near the Palm Bay Rd/Babcock St. in years cause I'm usually never that way around lunch time, but today I was near it so I stopped in. The front counter person seemed like they didn't want to even be there to work at all, and that's the vibe other people in line were noticing as well! So my order was very easy too, so I had enough points to redeem a free Dave's double cheeseburger and a cup for water. After I ordered there were 4 more orders taken, and while I was waiting 2 of those 4 orders which ordered even more food than me received their orders first which made no sense to me!! By the time I received my Dave's double cheeseburger I've waited for 45mins and drank 3 cups of water. What didn't make sense to me was that they weren't even busy at all! That location needs a total make over, they need building renovations inside & outside, and talking to a few locals that go there weekly or even every other day say it's not like this with certain night crew so I'm guessing a crew that comes in sometime between 3:30-5pm and is there till 10pm-12am really works hard and gets food out quickly like it should be but for the rest that don't care and make people wait from 30mins to almost an hour need to be terminated because their going to drive the business into the ground! It was such a terrible experience and even 3 people waiting to place order got tired of waiting to even place an order they just walked out telling people on way out that were coming in to just turn around! But for me personally this is one of my top 3 worse experiences for such a simple order and just all the negative vibe in the place!!

A large frosty looks small, and the menu prices are way too much. Often, I've asked then not to add something to my burger and still get it or don't get the item and another item is missing couldn't imagine where the high prices comes from when the drive thru line or parking lots are empty?

Make sure you count your money because they will try and be slick and not give ot back to you

If I could give 0 stars I would if you go to this place after 12pm there will be employees outside the restaurant smoking weed. They have nothing in stock might as well have been closed. I was charged and offered no refund. Was just told, “contact wendy’s”.
