Do not work here very toxic work environment

We drop in every now and again this is a new Wendy’s and is very clean unlike the Wendy’s in Pensacola across from Bob Tyler’s Toyota. The last time we were in there the radio was a cranking and that’s typical for the younger workers but it might be a little loud when they have to ask you several times what was that again?! But with the exception of one other visit the young staff were smiling and very friendly! The tables are kept clean and the bathrooms are as well. Stop in and try the Chili it was pretty good. Parking: Because of the location parking can sometimes be slim but we just park at ALDI’s Wheelchair accessibility: There are only 2 disabled parking spaces.

Really highly disappointed and frustrated. I normally am not a rude person or a "Karen" but 3 meals of mine were completely wrong. I ordered an asiago chicken sandwich sub pretzel bun, and I got a bacon cheeseburger..... My husband ordered a ghost pepper ranch spicy chicken sandwich and they gave him a regular chicken sandwich without any of the toppings on it... We ordered my daughter a plain cheeseburger kids meal and they gave her a bacon cheeseburger with vegetables on it. We always check our bag of food before we leave because we understand mistakes may happen we both are formal employees of fast food .... But the fact 3 meals were messed up is not ok ... Check the bag before you hand out the food.... Also we tried calling 4 times and nobody is answering the phones....

So tired of this place. They've messed up EVERY order I've placed online. They take forever and then I always have to go back inside 1 or 2 times to get the order right. Update....8th or 9th time ordering and they have messed up EVERY ORDER. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

I know better than to go through their drive thru, the food was cold and not fresh cooked. It is not that hard to serve fresh hot food.
