Wendy's

Customer service sucks. They make you stand there, and you have to ask for help when ordering your food. They have the worst attitude. It's like all the employees use to work at McDonald's because the service and food preparation and presentation has gone downhill.

For $5.33 you can't expect much, and that is what you get. Meal deal $5. The bacon made it $5, not $4. See the bacon. They act like they don't care if you are there or not. Well guess what.

Ordered 1 biggie bag, when we got to the window they told us to pull up in front and wait for a few minutes. Ended up waiting for 30 minutes until I went inside and told them that i was waiting for long and then I got the biggie bag 10 minutes later. Customers that came after me got their food first and left!! This made me late for work, just ridiculous!!

I like Wendy's but this location Is a real problem! I've been working in the area for 2 years. And I have been overcharged, and have had my order wrong many times. I have taken this issue to the manages. And all I get is we're sorry would you like a free small cold fry. I would just like my order right. I have never got compensated, for my time and my suffering. When I stopped at Wendy's I'm hungry. Today febuary 14 2024 full. I ordered a Dave's double in a small Coke.. I got to the window and they told me $20. I said that's wrong. Please read my order to me. They got me down for two double Dave combos and a medium coke. I told her that was wrong. She called the manager over. And the manager left. And she told me $11.95.????? I think there was still a problem. Not trying to figure out everything. But two combos, and a medium Coke was $20. How can one sandwich in a medium Coke be almost $12.? So I drove away. And will never go back. So if you're willing to take a chance at this location; check your food, check your receipt, they never have cold brew frosties, they never have frosties, they overcharged, and they get their orders wrong. So do not drive away without checking your order. Fair warning this place is not the Wendy's you want to stop at. When you're hungry you're hungry you're not wanting to double-check everything. Wendy's on John Young and Silver star. You have seen the last of me.
