Wendy’s breakfast menu and selections are wonderful but best of all they overall have a nice staff especially KIRA, she was so nice and polite through the drive thru, she had a nice smile and wonderful, happy, personality which made everything great! The manager was very rude and unprofessional to my friend when he was asking for the hidden menu items and she denied him of ordering that hidden menu. When it was there at disposal described by an employee that found the three hidden menu items on the cash register that it was there available to serve and add it to the order. So I don’t recommend going there if the manager is going to give that unprofessional attitude and giving bad customer service in a food and beverage industry. To the manager who disrespected and canceled the order to my friend for a hidden menu next time treat someone better like the way you like to be treated with respect instead of having a salty attitude for no reason.

Stopped there for food after school. After ordering we were asked to pull up forward because they were not done with the wrap. We waited 10 minutes, someone came out to let us know they were still working on the chicken. He told us it would be another 5 minutes. Later, another employee brought the wrap out and we left. The chicken was cold and some FROZEn! They just took it out of the freezer and tried to defrost it.

Went through the drive-through several times same girl after one item is said to her she asks are you finished then you proceed with the second item she asks are you finished? My question is to the young lady. How would you like to be treated in a drive-through I’m a nurse how about if I just want one symptom you’re having and not all the others because I have other things to do y’all need to start thinking better .
