I couldn't order just a grilled chicken wrap from the kiosk,only in a bundle, so I ordered the classic chicken. 1/2 piece of lettuce and a end of a tomato. $6.59. Nothing classic about it. Also I am not sure why they need to be pressure washing the patio are during a lunch time. Not surprised no one was sitting out there on a beautiful day.
Went in to get one thing. The new cinnamon bun. They didnt have the icing and instead of offering me a refund or alternative they kept walking past and ignoring me even when i asked for the manager several times. Spent 15 minutes waiting for them to give me a refund. I was the only one inside the store and they all looked lost like they had no idea what to do. No social skills whatsoever. Multiple employees looked at me and just turned around.
Outstanding service for the team working Thursday, March 7th around 3pm EST. Hardworking teamade delicious food!
It doesn’t matter what you order they will give you whatever they feel like at the time.
White Manager with tattoos and no teeth got my order wrong 4 times. His employees look disorganized and he smells like weed and seems high all the time. Will be contacting corporate about this and will not be revisiting till this manager is gone.
This is the slowest Wendy's service around. The employees are nice but just don't understand why it is so slow
