Customer service was good. But the food preps have no pride in their work. The burger they fixed for me had so much condiments on it it was all over the burger I wonder if that’s the way he likes it. I wouldn’t think so. No pride no equal’s no customer service.

It took 20 plus minutes to get food, and I had to go back to the counter to inquire before it was cooked. They were out of ketchup?

4 times in the last 3 wks I have come into this res. @diff times mind you and have yet to get service as I waited while 2-3 teenagers chatted and the line did not move for 20min. As it took 20min. Just to move the line I can only imagine how long it would take to get my order. Also apparently the frosty machine is ALWAYS broken. I do hate being a“Karen” But the service is non existent at the Niota Tn restaurant! and it smells like a dirty mop! yuck!

don’t expect service. even if you come an hour before closing all the staff will see you walk in and turn around and hide in the back

Some of the best service and fast food around, plus they’re open late. That Jason guy who works there sure gets stuff done.
