Cashier didn't put napkins on bags, had to ask for them, didn't put condiments in bag had to ask for them, drink was over filled to where soda was leaking everywhere. Food was not as expected as far as taste. By the time I got home, the napkin was fully soaked with soda.
Horrible!!! I went there and placed an order at 9:23pm. I was told to pull up and they will bring my food out. At 9:37pm I go in and there are at least six people working and no one knows where my order is. After I told them that I ordered a #8 double, they were trying to tell me I didn't order a #8. Finally one of the workers gave me a sandwich and said "it's the same thing, but it's a triple. I get home and it's not the same damn thing. It's an entirely different sandwich from what I ordered. I'll be contacting the manager and corporate in the morning!
Ugh the number of times my mobile order mysteriously didn't go through to the restaurant but the transaction hit my account (to be refunded 3 days later) is absolutely astounding. And then have to place order in store (don't get any of the rewards discounts) or figure out something else to eat.
Just received the coldest oldest fries. I haven’t eaten from Wendy’s since 2021 and I was instantly reminded of why.
