Guy taking drive thru orders said they were out of Dave’s single burgers, but they had doubles. Coincidence that they are promoting the double burger…sounds like they are just boosting their numbers for corporate at customers expense.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. To preface, I pay ahead and order through the mobile app at the same location and with the same card for a while now since this Wendy’s is next to my job. Today, I order ahead as I usually do, and when I arrive to the drive thru, they inform me they do not have my order. I show them my receipt proving I paid ahead, I’m at the right location and had an order number… they said “the orders not here”. I ask for a manager, Maria P., who then informs me that it’s not their problem and I have to call the app… I once again, show them the proof of payment AND the receipt showing my mobile order was sent to the correct location. I ordered through the WENDYS app, not through third party… Instead of admitting a mistake was made on their end (probably gave my order to another customer) and remaking the order I paid for, they ignored me through the window.. I’m on my lunch break, so after being ignored for at least two minutes, I felt bad for holding up the line and go inside. When I go inside, the manager is no where to be found, basically hiding from me again. I was forced to leave because I was going to be late for work. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service, and from a manager at that.

Este lugar es bastante rápido en cuanto a atención pero en limpieza le falta un poco, sobre todo en los baños.
Rude employees, they are super slow always making you go up and wait on the drive thru so they don’t get penalized for their slow service and they always get the order wrong. They need more competent employees.
