terrible experience at this store. I placed an order through the Wendy's app to pick up at this store, an order that was charged to my card and appears in my order history but the person in charge of the store refused to prepare it because it didn’t appear on the internal system of the store, I explained and showed him both things mentioned before and his response was that they are a franchise and have nothing to do with the official Wendy's app, which was the same as the Uber eats app, that they are not responsible for nothing. Terrible response and handling to customers since there is a system problem that is not the customer's responsibility, I will never return to a Wendy's again.
