I ordered a free 10pcs chicken nugget off the app. The app didn't work. They couldn't figure it out. After waiting a good five minutes they told me it didn't work. They didn't charge me for the chicken. But by the time they gave me the fries they were cold and I ordered BBQ sauce and honey mustard with the order. I got home and the BBQ sauce was missing. I just got the honey mustard. That's the first time I used the app and it doesn't work. I don't think I'll be back
I'm not overly critical of any establishment. When getting fast food, I know the work environment isn't the best and mistakes do happen. But one out of every three times I get food here, it's messed up, and when you average out the cost of what you order versus what you actually get, the price goes up quite a bit. Just picked up food, two burgers were wrong and one burger was apparently involuntarily donated to someone else because I never got it. Involuntary donations are usually referred to as theft. Over the last couple years, I've lost count of the number of burgers, fries, nuggets, and other things I've paid for and just never got. On top of that, I'm tired of the things I actually receive being messed up. There must be some affinity for onions here because it's almost not worth the effort to ask for no onions. I'll often get onions no matter how many times I ask to not get onions. Wendy's food is good and fairly priced, but when you consider how likely it is to be made incorrectly or just not given to you entirely, it's an awful and expensive place to get food from.
