Kind of slow but friendly

Staff is young and poorly trained. I ordered a couple of sandwiches, fries and a chocolate shake. When I got to the window they handed me the sandwiches and fries then told me they out of chocolate shakes. I could wait for 15 minutes and have the fries and sandwiches get cold or a vanilla a hake (which I find discussing). I said I wanted a refund but the kid couldn't find a manager to do that. I ate the barely warm fries as I droves home. They had everything they needed to give me a refund but did not.

First visit and my last I ordered a biggie bag with spicy nuggets my fries was cold as ice my nuggets was very over cooked dry and burnt

To be in such a nice area that Wendy’s is trash the employees seem slow mentally not even being funny. Ordered something simple and they couldn’t keep focus and the order tasted bad.

They gave out free cinnamon buns for leap day!

What a terrible service, change the staff, it’s horrible, the atmosphere took away my desire to eat

This is by far the worst Wendy’s Iv ever been to in my life and I promise I’ll never spend my money here again. Staff is trash , food is trash , service is trash. Yall might as well fire everyone and get a whole new staff. I had to put my own cheese in my sandwich …. Yall need to do better bro!!! Yall are garbage
