i had to return my burger TWICE because there was hair in it both times. the first time there was a beard hair on the burger, so i went back around and politely asked them to make it again. this time, i got the burger back and there was a LONG red hair strategically placed on the burger. pretty much, don’t go here if u want no hair on your food. they get mad when u return food and then put more hair in it.

If you enjoy a barely warm chicken sandwich with limp warm fries and flat Dr Pepper. This is the location that served just that. Quickly prepared meal in a retro building.

Disrespectful and terrible service ever. DO NOT GO THERE to waste your money and time. Two young cashiers were totally slow and had attitudes, one of them,a female staff was eating fries in front of us/customers when no customer was waiting. She didnt give my niece a drink she ordered yet. Its been 10min.Whats wrong with her and management??? Since that girl took our order, 15min passed, we received nothing yet and sitting, they didnt even care. One customer came in to order his food, he received his meal before us but he was complaining to the cashier he received wrong food, then that female cashier dropped a nugget on the cashiertable but she didnt apologize. That guy was mad too. I was telling them we just need a refund, but of course, they didnt care. Then they put the nuggets in a bag, the manager came to ask us if we were missing something. Yes, we ordered nuggets, fries and a drink. Wow, they forgot to give us fries. Wow. Im from Japan, I just couldn't believe what they actually were doing and the level of the customer service at this location was the WORST.
