They definitely have roaches I have videos of a roach in the ketchup a customer came thru drive thru brought her food back because she seen roaches in her bag of food manager took the bag and grabbed the roach with a napkin and lied to the customer and said she didn’t see anything I HAVE PROOF AND VIDEOS THEY HAVE AN “A” more like a “F” manager name is tashuana James

The place was gross and dirty. The new wrap was awful. Wilted lettuce and cheese was not even warm much less melted. The drink machine was filthy and had no ice. The health department should shut it down!

Went at 10:48 ordered over $30 worth of food. Not only was a few things missing from the initial order leaving me to come around and sit at the window again and receive the food for a 2nd time. The first bag they rushed and stuffed so much things in the bag that upon arriving AT HOME, the entire bag broke and all food fell on the concrete leaving us without anything to eat from the order!!!

Lured me in with the baconator with pretzel bun marketing message. No pretzel buns at this location. Gave me cold fries that were filled about half way up in the box. Service team was not happy and not rude they were just robots who seemed annoyed that i chose to eat there today. its also nasty visual in drive thru lane - you can see hamburger buns sitting out in the first drive thru window that wasnt in operation sitting right next to the broom and a bunch of cleaning supplies.

Service was fast and friendly

No napkins, no ketchup, floors sticky as hell, drink machine spits out brown sprite, no hair nets or gloves on any of the employees, lady taking orders couldn't work the system to save her life. Took 30 minutes for myself and another group in front of me to get our orders in.

There were 4 of us "Senior" (elderly) ladies. On the way home from a funeral, we decided that we were all hungry, & were looking for inexpensive place where we could eat in close to home. Since WENDY'S was across the street & it was already dark, it was decided that it was the best & most convenient place . Since we were not rushed, the 4 of us were able to thoroughly able to enjoy our food & visit.

So I took my friend to get nuggets for her 1yr old. We sat in drive thru for over 30 mins without an order being taken. I drove around to the window to find out why our order wasn't being taken, I pulled out my phone and started recording. This is low we where treated
