Went through the drive thru this morning and the lady kept speaking Spanish, meanwhile I don’t know Spanish. I ordered she kept asking me things I didn’t understand. I finally got my order on the screen after about three times of deleting it. Pulled up to the window and she tried to charge me $5 more than what my total was and I asked why she said oh yeah it’s $10.71. I asked her what was going on and got no response. She swiped my card and walked to the back for three minutes with my debit card and receipt and came back. I will be canceling that debit card immediately!! Super bad customer service!

I ordered food tonight at the manor location around 9:30-9:40 pm was given no receipt got home to find out the meat in both my salads were raw and gooey very disgusting ! Called the store several time not answer figured it was closed for the night i left a voicemail tomorrow will go up there with the salads and demand a refund ! You get no stars! Very disappointing! Dinners ruined

Just went to the drive-thru and everything went just fine. Loved the food!
