Ordered a baconator and a salad on the mobile app and when I got to the window I got handed the baconator and was told they had no salad. Manager pushed the order through as completed even though he knew they couldn't fill it. Didn't even give me a chance to cancel the order on the app and reorder something else. Just told me I'd have to go through the app for a refund. Who does that? Totally incompetent.
Horrible service takes 30 minutes to place and get your order and not fresh sad
Everytime we Uber you always leave off the baconator. Every Time... It sucks.
Dine-in is always locked and they serve the food how they want and when they want. Every fast food location on Gallatin rd. has went down hill.
I had to ask for fresh fries twice apparently they don’t know what that means
Tried to dine in here. They were ignoring the five people standing in line trying to dine in, drive-thru is the focus. After a few minutes no one had said anything to anyone standing there, I left.
