Customer service was terrible. Ordered one thing and was handed something completely different. When brought to their attention, it became a big issue they didn't seem very helpful in correcting the mistake.
Fast food what else I'd there to say
Needed to make an urgent stop at Wendy’s for my toddler. She needed to use the restroom. They wouldn’t let me use the restroom. My little one was begging to use the bathroom crossing her legs and they kept saying in order to get the password for the bathroom door I had to buy something first. I would have gladly bout something. I had to tell her she was gonna pee all over the floor and I wasn’t gonna clean it for her to realize the urgency. With an attitude she gave me the code. No I didn’t buy anything. I could have but not with that attitude. What happen to guest service? Now you must be a customer to get service!? That’s ridiculous.
Quick in and out drive-thru service
Service in the drive through needs to step it up a little. They are messing up on the orders almost every time. But food is good. Staff is friendly and helpful.
