Just disgusting dont go to this Wendys, dirty bad food, bad service

I’m livid, I order the honey chicken biscuit, and for the second time they gave me a regular chicken biscuit with no honey, biscuit is literally dry is ever. I’m working 16 hours and it completely ruined my work day.

Wendy's quality has really gone downhill the last 5 years. They often get the order wrong. The service is slow. The dining room is not kept clean. Food quality is really bad, stale hamburger buns, translucent tomato slices with old lettuce. It's not just this particular Wendy's , this is endemic throughout the chain. Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave.

Every time I make the mistake of ordering from this place. I get terrible quality of food and all the items are not assembled the way that I requested and I am tired of getting poor service espcically when I come here in person. I hope everybody can read this review and realize that they should just spend their money somewhere else because this is one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in the last 20 plus years. Whoever owns this franchise of Wendy's please sell it to somebody else because you're not doing the brand any good. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

They’re always opening late their system don’t work for the rewards/offers and on top of that always missing an item in the bag or your beverage

Pretty stark. Pleasant staff. The men's restroom was not good. The toilet paper large dispenser flipped down and would not stay up.

When I was parked in their parking lot sitting in my car( minding my business).....this old lady was looking at my car and she threatened to bust my head in. I DONT EVEN KNOW THE LADY. THE AREA IS NOT SAFE AT ALL and when I told the manager....they just tell me " ok have a good day"
