VERY SLOW!! and can't get your order correct.

This place is horribly run! The stench and filth when I came through the door was disgusting. My sandwich and fries was the worst tasting food I have ever had. I threw most of it in the trash! I will NEVER come back to this location ever again!

Well I will put it like this I will not be back if they are not going to acknowledge me standing at the counter and they saw Me and ignored me AND IM WILLING TO BET IF I WAS BLACK I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN WAITED ON FASTER YOU ALL LOST A CUSTOMER

Food was ok but the service here is not good. I stood at the register at least 3 minutes before I was even greeted. Not that nobody seen me, it's like nobody cared I was there. Not only that but it's like the employees go to work to chill and play. Will not be dining in at this location again.

Drive through was packed so I went inside. Ordered a mobile pick up. Took awhile. Not very staffed. They did well but slow service because of staffing shortage. Burger and fries were barely warm. Chicken nugget breading was almost 50% gone. Perplexed by this. They're was a"customer" helping himself to plastic wares etc. Nothing was done even though I put the thief in check very loudly and had him on video. This of course become a race thing to him. I told him doesn't matter what color you are a thief is a thief. So I tried again today. Ordered through the mobile app. It prints out what I want right? EASY right? Ordered 6 piece nugget and medium fries. I got SPICY nuggets!! I mean the order was RIGHT there in front of you!!! How in the world do you mess that up??? Well they did. Same location as above!!! I'm so done with this location
