I went there about a week ago and was VERY disappointed for the first time ever!! I had ordered a large French fry with my 6 dollar biggie bag deal and spicy nuggets I didn't get either instead I got the smallest size fry they had available literally! I was also very bummed out that they weren't offering frosties at the time and they also no longer had the qeuso French fries but still had both qeuso and ghost pepper fries on their menu claiming available only to be told they only had the baconator fries so that was the start to disappointed (BRING BACK THE GHOST PEPPER FRIES AND QEUSO FRIES!) OH and when I called them due to my French fry size they didn't answer completely ignored the phone and their lobby was locked but I was able to catch a male employee speaking with a door dasher (who's food was incorrect as well) at the door and he was very rude and said I had to wait in the drive thru again when it was their mess up an the drive thru was a mile long so I said whatever an lost out on the extra French fries and extra money I spent for a larger size but that's not even the worse the same male employee accepted door dashers order thru the door and it was two large bags full but couldn't grab me a large French fry quickly I was super upset after I seen that most definitely! But other than that I love Wendy's and their awesome prices and menu offers! Parking: They do have about 8 spots total in the actual parking lot as they are on the corner of the lot space and they share with a few other businesses but have a curb to separate themselves an their parking lot so they have 5 up front 3 of which are handi cap parking and than they have 3 right next to the drive thru on the right side. Place is going down fast.

I went to this location ordered a $7 biggie bag on wendesday 4/10/24, with an order of chili cheese fries on the side. Key words there: On the side. I arrived at the window, received my meal, missing the fry that comes with the Biggie bag deal, one napkin, no fork for side of chili cheese fries. I waited. Tried to get someone's attention. Eventually the associate came back to the window. I explained that I'm missing the small fry. She tried to tell me that the side order means no small fry. That's absolutely incorrect. Unless the customer specifically states they dont want the fry, the fry comes as part of the value meal deal. I love my potatoes and have ordered this combo for years. She reluctantly gave me the small fry after I told her that, with no apology, grimace on her face. And still no fork that I also asked for. You guys need to retrain your staff in customer service as well as making orders properly. Last time I was here prior to this I ordered a Baconator meal which automatically comes with 2x patties to be asked "single or double?" How is it that not a single person there knows the menu? Even on the website there is a clear description of the baconator meal as it comes.

Food was good, I was not impressed with the two druggies passed out at a table. jo

Most of the time, the order is correct and the workers have a good attitude. Only a hand full of times has the order been wrong. Good food, what you'd expect from a fast food establishment.
