Doors locked to dining room at all times. Finally let in and kitchen staff got mad and told us to leave.

Got in line at 10:23am with 5 cars in front of me. Missed breakfast, no biggie, got my food at 10:51am. Trapped in line for almost 30 minutes!!! This location either gets everything wrong or takes forever. The lady at the window apologized and said they're "backed up". LMAO!!! Backed up with zero customers inside and all the other people in line behind me left?? Update: got home and the order was wrong and cold, like it was sitting on the counter for 30 minutes before they handed it to me. All I could do was laugh. Waste of time and money. Even if you're starving to death and everywhere else is closed, don't come here!!!!!

Terrible room restaurant. Many torn seats. I sure why there's an oil bucket in the fry bin.

only complaint is they still have the Christmas music on... lol

Terrible service. The computer/cash register for dine-in was down and the staff was not communicating with us about when they would take our order. They told us they had customers at the drive-thru, but we were there first and they didn't seem to care. When they finally did take our order, they got the price completely wrong. After 15 minutes of waiting and frustration we left with no food. The Wendy's on Boynton Beach Blvd was much better.

Raw burger today. Customer service said I’m not the first person to call about it today

The Wendy's establishment at this location should reassess its staff due to instances of theft. I placed an order for a single Cobb salad through the drive-through. Upon reaching the window, I handed a $20 bill to the cashier, who informed me that my total was $18.60 after I handed the $20 bill and that my change would be $1.40, stating it was for two salads. I clarified that I had only ordered one salad for a single person. The cashier insisted on the charge for two salads and refused a refund. Despite not receiving any food and still being at the window, I requested the cashier's name to report the incident to corporate. Instead of cooperation, the cashier displayed a dismissive attitude and rolled her eyes, prompting me to ask for a manager. The manager echoed the cashier's stance, denying refunds. However, after mentioning reporting the incident, the manager reluctantly agreed to a partial refund of $9.30, although I argued it should be $10.70. Notably, the cashier failed to return the $1.40 from my $20 bill. The entire experience reflects appalling customer service, and I have no intention of returning to this Wendy's. In my opinion, this particular Wendy's location warrants serious consideration for closure due to such unacceptable practices.
