Wendy's

Luego de haber pagado mi orden y haber sido registrada en mi banco no me la quisieron entregar porque a ellos no les aparecía supuestamente en sus sistemas. Y no fue suficiente con eso y la hostilidad del supuesto gerente llamado Francisco, me tuve que quedar en la tienda mientras llamaba a mi banco para cancelar la transacción cuando escucho que esta hablando de mi de manera despectiva con otro cliente. Creo que una persona así no debe trabajar atendiendo público.

Never been so annoyed at a Wendy’s before! I went on a Sunday night and the person, who I assume was the manager, was at the front. He had a rude attitude towards the clients and staff, interrupted the other workers when they were helping clients, and would talk very loudly and non-stop about irrelevant things that just made being there dreadful. He also had a narcissistic and childish attitude of always wanting attention and making unnecessary jones, and was not providing proper customer service to clients. For example, when a client asked a worker for sauces, one, they didn’t have anything but honey mustard and ketchup, and two, the manager interrupted and spoke over the worker who was already answering the question. At this time, the manager was also trying to make unnecessary jokes with the client instead of just giving them what they needed. This is just an example, but the manager was acting like this the entire time I was there. The sit-down area also had a self-serve area that didn’t have anything, no napkins or nothing. When I needed something, I wish the area had been restocked to avoid going up to where the manager was.

Fast service all The employees are friendly. It can get busy at times but that’s expected when the food is so good. If your shopping and feel hungry grab a bite to eat

The employee in this Wendy's not nice to their customers. They either ignore them or short when serving the customers. One gentleman simply asked for some ketchup. There was one employee that was about to give the some ketchup, but the employee wearing black stop the employee and said not to give him any ketchup. He needs to go to the condiment station and get it with a sharp tone. Today, we came in for a quick snack. I wanted to try the new pumpkin frosty. They serve me soupy frosty. I told the server this is firm it is so soupy. He completely ignore me and serve the customer behind me. Last time I am coming here.

When there is hunger and not much time for work, a Wendys is the solution $5 dollar only

Manager and service workers were completely disrespectful unprofessional and disregard the customer completely. This is not the first time. Management has much to be desired I don't pay money to have bad experiences. Disgusted
