Wendy's

This is the Wendys by YMCA in Greenwood. The people were rude, food was dry and tasteless, and was treated as if we were bothering them. Will NOT return to this location.

AWFUL service, the person taking my order had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. Not only that, but they were out of so many things in which ranged from soft drinks, to chicken sandwiches. When I got my food, I didn’t have part of what I had ordered which really topped the whole experience off. Awful service but undeniably delicious food.

The only drinks were diet coke and root beer, no chicken for their sandwiches, one sandwich had half a piece of lettuce and squirt of mayo, my bacon doublestack did not have bacon. I was asked to pull forward and three cars behind me ordered and got their food. I waited over 20 minutes for them to get my order wrong and they never gave me a receipt. The number for this location doesn't even dial. I want a refund.

The salads were all gone. The fries tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil and they were all broken up into pieces. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, but they gave me a breaded one. It took forever to get our food, and it was terrible. Vegetarian options: None Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking.

if i could truly just give this place 0 stars i would. the employees are incredibly rude, they don’t even let you finish your order without saying “anything else?” ; my Fiancé had ordered a bacon cheeseburger and there was no bacon on it, when we informed the employee he told us they were out of bacon although he didn’t state that when we ordered the burger. so as most people would, my fiancé asked for his money back or compensation considering we just spent 10$ for the meal. the employee barely let us finish our sentence before he told us he couldn’t give refunds or do anything for us and slammed the window. considering your job is customer service you should probably treat people better. he did advise us that his manager would be in the next day and trust me when i say they will be hearing from us. the manager and owner of this store should be incredibly disappointed. do not ever eat at this Wendy’s, i will always tell people to not stop at this location. horrible experience.

This was only a drive thru visit. But the order was correct.

Cold nasty food, dining room wasn't clean, no lids for drinks, floors were super sticky, and half the drink options were out, not to mention the wait time was ridiculous when there was hardly anybody inside or in the drive thru, and the restrooms weren't clean, won't be coming back to this one
