Wendy's

I came by this location tonight and will be returning tomorrow afternoon to get a refund since they said they couldn't refund my order tonight. Went through the drive thru for a ten piece spicy nugget meal with a strawberry lemonade. After already processing my payment, they told me they didn't have the strawberry lemonade, which meant I paid extra for nothing since I ended up getting a coke. Waited about twenty minutes for my food and got cold fries and a ten piece regular nugget. I made them correct it and waited forever because they claim they only have one fryer on (when they still have three hours till closing???). My fries and spicy nuggets were handed out to me as they came up, which meant they were hot, but they only gave me six nuggets instead of ten. All together spent 40 minutes in their drive thru for horrible customer service and didn't even get what I ordered.

the one working the window needs to be fired moving people out of the line and making them sit in parking spots while she sits on her phone and does nothing needs to ne fired ong.

A word of warning to all - I'd eat at home. I've came here several times since I moved to this area and this is the worst Wendy's around. Some reasons below: -The workers are notoriously bad. As several reviews have pointed out, the workers are very unprofessional. I think I walked in once to them having a physical conflict. -The restaurant is very dirty. Always sticky floors and HORRIBLE bathrooms. -The parking lot looks like a detonated minefield from World War 2. -I once got turned away in the drive thru and asked to come inside instead at about 10PM at night. -The inside dining room hours are falsely advertised and it's a coinflip on the doors being locked. I've came at 12PM, 2:30PM and 7PM and the dining room has been locked. Go somewhere more reliable or just eat at home as you'll save yourself time and headaches in the long run. Came here quite a few times to get an informed view and this is my conclusion unfortunately. If this is a Wendy's Corporate location, ouch. If this is a Wendy's LLC Franchise, it's a miracle Wendy's is allowing them to continue running it.

No customers and still 6 minutes in drive thru

I went here twice in the past week once for breakfast and then for lunch and the customer service was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the young ladies who helped me were patient, kind and genuinely concerned that my order met my satisfaction and was correct. Also the manager appeared to have everything under control, she also made a good impression.

Bad... Even for a Wendy's.
