Wendy's

This place is horrible! The service is the worst that I have ever received from a Wendy’s location! I will not return to this Wendy’s the employee were very rude and had no idea what was going on for 2 simple chocolate frosty that apparently than ran out chocolate on and had to get Vanilla. You look through the window and they probably have about 6 people standing there doing nothing. This place is terrible!

This is not a fast food restaurant. This is a ssssssssslllllooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwww food restaurant.

Update 2/6/24 If you actually want to get your order, do not go to this Wendy's. First they didn't have an item I wanted that I ordered through the app. Fine, whatever. But then they told me to pull forward, when all that was in my order was a beverage and potato wedges because my main item was not available. There has been at least five different cars that pulled up to the window behind me get their order and I have not gotten mine. I would give this store zero stars if I could they have the worst service I have ever had Update 6/2: Didn't give me half of my order. I'm done with this Wendy's. They are useless Original: Normally, I would give this restaurant a good writing. Their fries are always fresh, they're chili taste good, and they have good service. But I just sat in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes, had my order taken, went to pay only to have them ask me what my order was and then ask me if I had cash because their system is down. Why didn't they tell me their system was down when I ordered? So instead of spending that 15 minutes driving to a different Wendy's or someplace else, I wasted it and was unable to get any food because I don't carry cash right now because of the pandemic and the fact that nobody has change New update: their lunch people are awesome. It's 4pm and I've been sitting in the same spot for 10 min. 3 people left the line. Only come here for lunch, they suck otherwise.

I grew up eating at Wendys my whole life. Its still my favorite fast food place. I love how it has all the things of a hamburger joint while at the same time you can get a gourmet salad or homemade chili and things that you dont find at other hamburger joints . and of course i cant go without their famous frostys i love dipping my fries in my frosty. Delicious! They have really good service and are usually pretty fast. And almost never get my order wrong which is always good. Lastly im a big ranch person i eat it on everything and they donot charge u extra to get sauce like so many other places.
