Pulled into line and ordered thru the app @ 10:22pm. Finally made it to the order screen @ 10:47, only to be told my order cannot be found. Was directed to go to the window, where I was then informed that my order had not been checked in (10:53pm.) The clerk told me to pull to the door. Received my order at 11:03pm. VERY annoyed. Update: the chili is terrible now. It's more of a burger/ bean soup. So disappointed.

Food was hot and fresh, don't like having to ask for a drink refill. Parking: Was near, the interstate and busy highway, understandable

The chicken nuggets unfortunately were dry, the fries unsalted, and there was no ice in my drink

Just left this location & I didn’t receive my receipt, was served cold fries, got to meals with drink’s & received no straws & Im missing a 4 piece nugget. Today is 2/13/24…I just left the drive thru & whomever was working the intercom in the drive thru was VERY rude while taking my order, she never put my order in the way that I said I liked it to be nor the order was right on my receipt, she rolled her eyes once I got to the window to pay, gave me a dirty look, & proceeded to finish texting on her phone, she really was upset cause I checked my sandwich before pulling off because if the order on the screen wasn’t right I already knew…. the sandwich wasn’t made correctly, and I definitely called the shift manager as I pulled off from the drive thru & explained the issue & I told the manager if that worker doesn’t wanna work fast food, then why is she showing up to freaking work ‍♀️ It’s sad Just rude for no apparent reason & she knew she never modified my sandwich the way I ordered it. At least I got a receipt this go round

Service is always good, nice friendly faces and the manager (George), is always greeting you with a smile. Food is fresh and nice and hot, plus drive thru moving smoothly and no long wait. I drive from Denbigh Blvd just to get nice hot food and good customer service. The food was good but the temperature wasn't that great the cheese wasn't even melted and the supervisor was so busy harassing her workers instead of helping them during the lunch rush at that and it was causing them to be behind and backed up because of how she was treating the employees that is affected the drive through terribly. It was really irritating to have to wait like that for my food while she fussed that employees about who knows what and then to get my food a large order an coud it's not even warm it's basically lukewarm if I could.I would give them a zero when it came to management and food temp if I could. But the prep of the food and the presentation was immaculate it just wasn't warm.

I online ordered food but there was something wrong with the delivery so when I called to cancel, the guy I spoke to was very rude and basically refused to give me a refund.

Went thru drive thru, was in a hurry heading to a meeting. The food was hot and good. The associate at the window was very polite.

I just want to say thank you to everyone working tonight. My food was delicious and hot. Your service was great and your establishment was clean. I observed you working and seemed like everyone was working together with good attitudes and smiles on your faces. So again thank you.

I placed my order at the drive-through. I ordered a medium Baconator Combo. They gave me a double burger combo instead. I live a few miles away, so I called the restaurant as soon as I saw the order mixup. The phone rang 22x, and no one answered! This is so unacceptable! After working 12 hours, now I have to go to bed hungry!!!
