Wendy's

We have lived near this Wendy’s for 10 years. The service and employees are rude. They seem like they don’t want to do their job. And are lazy. The owner of this location should be ashamed in the quality of people is hiring.

This location is rude, never open because they can’t staff. I was also told I couldn’t order breakfast during breakfast hours. Will never go back to that location again. I couldn’t order breakfast but the gentleman in front of me could and she had no problem taking his order.

Wendy’s has good food. But skip this location. Due yourself a favor and drive to another Wendy’s. Poor staff. Wrong orders all the time. Slow service. Poor food handling techniques and most of the staff do not know their product.

Of 4/19/2024 2:00 p.m the service an food is not good here. General manager need to be ashamed the fryers need to be clean. An change there gloves often. An poor attitude

Terrible customer service. 2/10 Servers spent time arguing amongst themselves about whether it’s spicy chicken or regular, made us wait too long for the food. They casually even gave the wrong order and didn’t even apologize for it or attempt to remedy the situation. Food 3/10 Stale lettuce in my sandwich, hard pass. Avoid this Wendy’s

Sorry. Why they even posted being open. All they do is turn customers away. Do us a favor and just closed down.

Very Rude Customer Service.. so rude I just went to Burger King and got great service.

We stopped in for breakfast while traveling and probably should have just driven past instead. We waited in line to order for about 10 minutes because they were more interested in having a conversation with a group that had already ordered. When the food came it was meh at best. The breakfast Baconator was over cooked and dry. I had to go up and ask for hot sauce for the burrito and the girl working the counter did not even know that they had hot sauce. Lesson learned, this Wendy's is not worth stopping at.
