I like Wendy's are foods halfway decent for the price and I mean you can't help but like something like that

Very friendly staff this morning. Very happy with my experience at this location.

I was just at this Wendy’s drive through and met the rudest cashier I’ve ever met. Apparently my card didn’t work and I don’t use any other cards. I had also just used it about twenty minutes ago. I checked my bank account and there is more than enough money to pay for what I ordered. Instead of trying to use contactless pay incase it was a chip error which happens sometimes or entering the card number (I have also worked a register I know there are ways around these issues) he says “oh so then you have no money” and just turns back into the window and keeps repeating the customer has no money and just shooing me away pretty much. Could use some training on how to work a register, problem solve and speak to customers because I’m just so shocked that’s not how you treat anyone.

In cases like this there really needs to be an option for no stars. We checked google to see if they were open before driving over, it said we still had about 45 minutes before closing the dining area. We drove over and the door was open so we walk in. I headed to the restroom first as I've not been home from work yet, and this lady who I assume is in charge starts screaming at us to get out. All I hear is her screaming to get out and they're closed. Literally screaming, not asking loudly, not shouting or yelling, screaming in a full shrill voice to get out. One of her teenage workers calmly advised they were closed and the door should be locked, as she screamed in the background. She got us out and I will never ever ever go to this location again!

Didn't get what was ordered. It's disappointing when a restaurant that doesn't have a huge menu, serves up the wrong sandwich

I got the easiest order. I ordered a sour cream and chives potato. They never even gave me the sour cream but gave me a bunch of salt and pepper packets. This is way too much money for a potato for them to not give me the sour cream to the very specific sour cream and chives potato order. This is the first time I've been disappointed by them.

Food is alright. Drinks are a bunch of ice for $$$$ and 7 oz of actual drink. I'll go other places and save money.
