Wendy's

Tried to call the girl that answered the phone was rude stated need to call back in 20 minutes then when we where going to order after we said we needed 20 of the honey butter biscuits she said that she said give her 20 minutes then she said just pull up and we weren't done ordering she acted like she didn't even want to take the order Wendy's lost a big sell

On several visits the staff was rude and didn't seem to want to take our order. They seem to want to play on their phones and not wait on people. On my last visit they said the system was down but had other orders Going out.

Terribly rude.

Lady that handed me my doordash order let me know they were about to close. Then she was rude when giving me the food.

I would put zero stars but it won't let me. I just came for some nuggets but they had me waiting in the drive thru for 20 min told me to hold on. Then I finally give up and drive off. As I pass the window a male and female in there horse playing with no customers in the lobby. Like really I just wanted some Suggs and yall playing really missed me off!!!

I was hungry and it was me and a good friend of mine and we was in the Drive-Thru and the line was long so I thought why not download the app and see what kind of small fortune I can save us. I noticed that it was national bacon day or close to it where I can get a junior bacon cheeseburger for a penny with any purchase well I log my order in on my phone and make it to the window and the girl looks at me and says they can't scan my coupon through the drive-thru when clearly on the app it gave me the option to mobile order or scan it in the restaurant... She tried to lie to me and say that it has to be for a mobile order only and when I showed her that it gave me the option to scan at the window she told me that the system has just shut down. That was that was crazy and I was disrespected and I will never go there again although Wendy's is my favorite fast food in town. If I could give no stars and still leave a review I would.

Gone twice. First time food was old, second time order was wrong.

I catching when they let me in with closed in lobby they touch buns spread sauce with non wear plastic gloves . No wonder they not see it by drive thru. shame on them! I did warned other who planned to order same place they said thank to me and they left
