This place is ridiculous. I went there to get breakfast this morning placed my order and this lady walked in front of my car and ordered food. I thiught it was a drivethrough and cars take priority I could’ve been late for work. Not to mention I placed my order first long story short I drove off never again in life will I go there!

12pm 3/8/24- Rude short Spanish Manager lady at Wendys was soo rude to this African American elderly lady. She informed the guy that she wanted to return the sandwich, it was incorrect and she could not wait for another sandwich, she already was running late, he went to get her and she said you can get another sandwich even tho the lady calmly said she wanted to get her money back. This Manager told this customer she didn't have to come back and to get her money back, the lady said that's what I'm trying to tell you I have to go, whether the cook is new and like 3 ppl food was wrong it doesn't matter Manage calmly if the person is the same or even if they aren't Ma'am. WT W Excuse me!! Talk to your children that way, EVERY time I go there the usual cook is quiet but the short Spanish pretty cashier inside is always super nice and the black cashier in drive thru and they are SUPER busy, my food is always right & FRESH but I literally had to walk out I was soo disgusted at how she treated this nice quiet lady, because I didn't have time so say anything right then. Idk why she's in customer service, train her how to handle the business when its busy or some, it's redundant!!! Made me go to Mc Donald’s, I was late going to eat lunch with my 3rd grader.

Dangerous, dirty and bad. Drink machine openly leaking all over the floor, employees who are undertrained and overwhelmed, parking lot that is dirty. Shame on the absentee owner! You are a slum lord who should have your franchise taken away from you.

The $5 dollar biggie bag is just the right size and just the right price for a sm fry,bacon burger,4 nuggets and a drink.perfect....plz don't take it away.at this price we can afford a meal out.js
