I have app ordered or gone to this location and have had issues now for 4 times in a row. I ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets each time and each time every 10 piece chicken nugget I ordered is short by one nugget ,not a coincidence ! The shorting of Food items add up !Also no sauce ,no apologies no notice nothing in regards to being notified that they do not have any. And tonight employees are their cell phone not paying attention and conversation was not professional among those in the back working that can be clearly herd at the counter by customers.

Check your order before leaving because they struggle with completing them. Every time I order sweet tea it's Extra sweet. Please don't do this. If it's not to our liking we can use sugar packs. The service I received was pleasant.

Arguably the worst fast food in Florence. I've tried this location multiple times and it's been awful everytime. I got a chicken wrap and they literally put the hard crusted ends of the tortilla inside the wrap. I bit into and couldn't figure out what was hard in a soft tortilla shell, just awful. The burgers are so dry it's inedible even when I drown it in Ketchup. I don't expect fine dining when I order from a fast food restaurant, but I do expect the food to be at least edible. On top of the awful food, the staff are almost just as bad. Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at.

The people working are rude,waited 15 min at counter to place order,was totally ignored,asked who was working register,young lady said I am,then walked away to talk to her friends working the window,never going back,manager needs to let them all go.

Drove up to drive thru 2117 w. Evans, Florence SC. Waited at drive thru speaker for 10 minutes, finally someone came on and ask if I was paying with cash, I said no, they said we are only taking exact cash at the moment. I ask why they didn't talk to me quicker, I waited 10 minutes and there were no cars in front of my, all the way to the pickup window. They said they were bagging. What? I drove off without ordering and noted only one customer inside and 5 employees. This is the second time some the same thing happened......I promise you, I WILL NOT BE BACK.
