I normally give chain restaurants three stars, unless there’s something outstanding. This location was very clean and maintained. The people are generally friendly. The pretzel baconator was great, but I wishing had lettuce. Unfortunately they didn’t have any vanilla Frosty’s. They said that when they’re doing a special like peppermint, then they no longer offer a vanilla frosty. Their chocolate Frosty is a chocolate Frosty that it’s just ehh.

Some one said there's no such thing as 'Fast Food' anymore. Wendy's said, "Hold my frosty". This location is scary fast. I've been here about a hand full of times for lunch and each time my order has been out before I had time to think about my weekend plans. I swear they use ESP to take orders.

Don’t go here, they take forever and only start your mobile order when you go up and ask for it

Download my Wendy’s app and was interested in trying their promotional special for the day. Got to the counter and cashier scanned my phone. I was told the promotion had expired (even though it said : expires 11/27/23??? I asked for the manager and she continued to ring everything up even though there interface wouldn’t except my app code. As I tried to reset everything the manager proceeded to help her employees at the drive thru window and ignored me. Won’t be back to this location ever.
