Literally have to wait in the drive thru for 20 plus minutes just to order. Nevermind the fact you’ll be pulled to the front every time too, probably to bypass their timer per customer. UNBELIEVABLY SLOW. This location needs to be completely overhauled, it’s the furthest thing from FAST food. I’ve left the drive thru line at least twice, and it’s like this every single time I’ve gone. Unbelievable.

Ordered thru door dash about 6pm. They were out of potatoes,so they offered me chili cheese fries, which were ok. This happens a lot, being out of baked potatoes. ‍

This location is absolutely horrible! I just cannot comprehend what can possibly take so long. I have been here 5 times since July and every time I have never waited less than 40 minutes. It doesn't matter if there is one person ahead of me or 10. Every single person who tries to order just sits there for at least 10 minutes before they even come to take your order. Once I came here for my daughter and sat at the order window for 20 minutes. No one answered me and there was about 5 or 6 employees all sitting out back smoking at once. So I went into the restaurant and no one was there. They were all out back together smoking. They also saw me because you drive right by them and sit at the window they were looking at me the entire time and no one went inside to help me. Once they finally came in they asked me "how did you get in here?" I said the door. He said it was supposed to be locked. This time I have waited 20 minutes so far and we haven't moved once. An employee came out back looked at this huge line and turned around and walked back inside shaking his head and throwing up his hands. This entire location needs all new employees or just needs shut down. Even when you FINALLY get the food if you wait that long, the food is usually wrong and cold. Then they keep the doors locked so if you want it fixed you have to wait for another hour. It's crazy
