Friendly service from various employees at this location. Food is always fresh and tasty
I placed an order at the Wendy's at 5155 S Broadway in Englewood, CO through the mobile app, because I didn't have time to make food before going to work. When I arrived at the restaurant, 10 minutes after placing my order, I waited for another 10 minutes before I was told that they had not received my order. I showed them my receipt, but they said that they did not have my order. I said that I would either like the food I paid for or a refund. They closed the window and I waited for a few more minutes before I ran out of time and had to go to work with out receiving the food I paid for. I contacted Wendy's via a survey, asking to be contacted about my experience. This was 12 days ago and I have still not been contacted or received a refund. I highly suggest getting your food elsewhere.
I don't know why I continue to keep disappointing myself by coming to this location. Coffee is always cold, not even warm just straight cold. I always upgrade to a large potato and they fill a large container half way every single time. Guess it's time to stop wasting my money here.
We go here once a week and don't have issues. This last time, my sons nuggets were spicy. He couldn't eat them and I couldn't take them back because I was in class I'll definitely have to check them from now on.
