I Love there Food and there Prices are GREAT Parking: Plenty Kid-friendliness: There Biggy Meals are the Best
Horrible experience came thru drive thru at about 730pm 2/11/24, ordering close to $30 in food, would have expected it to be fresh, otherwise I would have gone to another local establishment. The #10 combo the bun was extremely stale, and the burger patty tasted like it was cooked early morning. Fries and nuggets weren't fresh by any means, and for as long as I waited in the drive thru thought I was getting freshly cooked product. The only thing that was edible was the small chili. Being in the industry to know that standards are not being followed, I certainly hope that Wendys Corporate will take this post seriously and conduct a training refresh of its associates, so they can live up to consistency amongst the Wendys franchise. It will be a very long time before I consider coming to this location.
They changed the restaurant. It is so cold now. No trays, bags for everything. Sandwich was missing condiments. Asked for extra mayo and barely anything on the sandwich. Will not be coming back. No pickles on my classic chicken either.
Manager went out of his way to create a customer experience and made my gf and I a chocolate and vanilla swirl with a hint of CARMEL... I was genuinely impressed and appreciate the hospitality!!! Kid-friendliness: Manager went a above and beyond

Food is always good. The manager is a good guy, and the crew works very hard. You guys do a great job.
If you're looking for order accuracy look no further! This wonderful establishment will rush you through your order at the drive through with excellent customer service expressions, such as "anything else?" and "anything else?", always being EXTRA SURE to repeat back the order so they don't give you a chicken sandwich with the only things you told them not to put on it, and giving you ghost pepper fries instead of baconator fries with pub cheese! Obviously I'm being facetious but seriously, the order wasn't even that complex and I got everything I didn't order. 10/10 would avoid again! Update from my original review: Nothing's changed. I really wish the management here would just emphasize the importance of mirroring customer orders so that a simple 3 ingredient ghost pepper fries isn't missing the crucial ingredient.... cheese. Is it ridiculous to ask for accuracy? What else do the consumers pay for? Next time I come here I'll just tell the drive through to give me whatever they feel like it, I'm certain the outcome will be the exact same.
