Super nice customer service. The cashier was knowledgeable and helpful unlike any other. The kind of service that had me happy with promising of returning again. Thank you very much.

I had a coupon and the cashier didn’t know how to scan it correctly. So instead of asking for help, he completely ignored either honoring my coupon and/ or asking for help. He ignored his responsibility of providing customer service and meeting my needs. Wendy’s, at this location need to do their job and properly train their employees do to the very basic duties!

I can understand working in fast food can be very difficult however, you can still be polite. I’ve been there three times and each time no one said hello no one said thank you and no one said you’re welcome. I was not greeted and I was treated like I was invisible. Perhaps the employees should consider a position at the DMV.

The food is usually hot or at least warm. The lobby is usually clean I have not had a problem with that but sometimes there are people that loiter and bring in old cups to refill them and the workers don't really notice. I feel there should be more bike locks at this Wendy's. Overall it's nice here I would definitely recommend it if you're hungry and it's close by. (01/04/2024 they got my order very wrong. I asked for unsalted fries, they put salt. In the image I got a double stack, they put bacon. They didn't include any of my sauces but the food was hot and the people were nice and they were kind of busy but I ordered ahead online I can post a picture.)

Reliably good food at a good price. Winter time, good time for chili and baked potato.
