Food was good and so was customer service.
It was very clean ..service was great. Would go back.
Wendy's wherever I go, is always going to have all around good service. Dave would be proud, met him once, heck of a man.
I'm not a karen and am very patient, but I was waiting for half an hour until I went inside and they told me they "lost" my order. I didn't get a receipt which was a red flag. They told me they have it in the bag but never got it. Then I ask for sauce and they have the audacity to charge me. You'd think they would have the decency to just give it to me. I don't have an hour lunch I was time limited and they just didn't care.
This Wendy's is always but or miss; more than often, it's a miss. They tend to omit the ticket and make orders as they come standard instead of how you placed the order. Many times, they simply can't see the "no cheese" on my order and just pile it on anyway. This visit was probably my last one, as I had to walk back to the restaurant to get my order replaced. The replacement was also wrong. Such a shame. 2 stars.
