Google says they close at 3. In the drive thru at 230 and they say they're closed.
It's difficult to find good customer service at fast food restaurants. But today Linda took care of us. Great customer service from beginning to end. Keep up the great work!
They need to listen better to what the customer asked for and not think what they want. Asked 1 jr bacon biggie bag. Drink large and a extra jr bacon. Got 1 jr bacon and large fries. Had to go to the window to tell her all this and still got it all wrong.
Horribly rude cashier. She rang up my order wrong and refused to fix it then just walked off. Asked for my BBQ sauce they forgot to give me so they threw it at me. She was also incredibly rude to the next guest so it's just a bad worker that should be fired. Also attached is the "crispy chicken BLT". Missing 2 of the most important ingredients of a BACON LETTUCE AND TOMATO sandwich.
