They had loud music playing a the workers was playing and ghetto that was my last time going there

Please don't buy food here. They are alllll rude and ghetto as hell and have very bad customer service. The short girl is the only professional one there if I could give a minus star I would.

This is not the first time this location pulled this but it’s the last time I’m going to stop here. - Will upsize without your permission - Will charge you for the large even if you ask for medium - Will not provide a receipt to cover this up We asked twice for medium meals and not large over the speaker. The woman confirmed “yes, medium” while larges were still listed on the screen. Drove to the 1st window and it was confirmed again while we paid but we were refused a receipt stating the 2nd window will give a receipt. They waved a stick with a plastic bottle on the end to reset the window timer then had us pull to the pickup spots to wait. When the food came, big surprise… the runner told us we had to go inside if we want a receipt.. The total charged to my card matched a large #1 and #6; confirmed via online ordering on the app and we indeed were given medium meals. I don’t understand what they get out of scamming people when we paid card and not cash. It’s not like they can pocket the difference.

Food is excellent. Service is poor. Gentleman did not here me ask for fries. Added them at the pickup window. I heard him say, "Pull up.".I asked him, "Up to where?". With a smart mouth he says, "You know I have to take orders." In a very insulting tone. I did not know he was on the head set. He was just speaking to me. I inadvertently snatch the back of fries. That's my fault and I own that. I get home and instead of large fries I have two small or medium. Will not go to that location again. Trying to promote businesses but will go to the other one near my house.

the manager is RUDE AS HELL and will hang up in your face and they wonder why they can't never keep any good workers or customers

I really don’t appreciate how this particular Wendy’s take it upon themselves to upsize your order at night. What I had asked for, received, and was expecting to pay for was totally different. I ordered a burger. I did not specify if it was a single, double, triple, etc. I normally do not specify the type of sandwich I would like, unless I ask for that certain type of sandwich. I had asked for a loaded nacho burger. According to the display menu in the drive-through, it was supposed to be $6.49. When I get to the drive-through window, I was told my order is $8.85. Without questioning it, I went ahead and paid, received my order, and realized that they gave me a double loaded nacho cheeseburger. This is not the first time they have upsize my order. They do it every time I go at night.
