Wendy's

Horrible service. My son and I go to the Wendy's located in University Drive all the time, to say they already know my son by name. Today we decided to go by the one in Sample Rd and 441. We ordered via app for pickup. We ordered enough food for 2-3 people. We politely asked the register lady giving us our food if we could get a couple of more Ghost Pepper ranch, being that we had 4 in the bag and in the receipt it said we were being given 7. The lady mumbled to the other employee next to her that we were asking for a couple more. The other lady employee looked at us both with a nasty mean expression and said "they already have enough" and decided not to give us any. A polite "I am sorry, we can't" would've been enough. I am NEVER again buying anything from Wendy's. The two employees working today March 25 at around 6:30pm can keep all the Ghost Pepper ranches if they like. They were so extremely rude and impolite. I will never stop at one of these establishments again. They lost my family as customers today.

This place deserves less than a 0. You apparently can not hire kind and friendly personal anymore - so you resorted to hiring monkeys instead-- because thats excatly how this woman acted and looked this morning. I worked for Wendys for over 18 years. All employees are supposed to wear a clean uniform-- hair groomed - and you should always be nice to the paying customers -- that's what your there for -- to serve the people. So I pull up to the window - expecting to hear welcome to Wendys may I have your order-- instead I get WHATS YOUR ORDER !! So I try to ignore the rudeness coming out of this persons mouth-- place my order. Drive up to the window -- only to be greeted by a lady - whom was wearing blue jeans with a white and blue shirt-- a Gold Pillsbury dough hat on her head - which looked hideous-- totally not the Wendys dress code-- nor are you suppose to wear a bag on your head.--and I believe she was the manger. So after I payed for my order and received it -- I said thank you she just shut the window in my face . I was willing to over look her apperence- but not her "down right rudeness" twice in a roll. I was nothing but pleasant to her. Ungrateful people like her should not be working in the customer service department if they don't know how to act accordingly- and ESPECIALLY if your a manger. Horrible experience-- will never return to this location -- this is the second time this has happened with the same lady- she's pathetic... "WHATS YOUR ORDER" are you fk kidding me...I wouldn't have even given this place one star - but you have to in order to give a review-- it makes sense why this place only has a 3 star rating-- should be minus 0
