Never has drinks available

Every single time I go to this location I am waiting an absurdly long time for any type of service or food despite the fact that the parking lot is empty.... I don't know if maybe they are overwhelmed with mobile orders but something does not seem right for them to be this ungodly slow ALLLLLL of the time. I have now been in the drive through for almost 15 minutes... I honestly don't know why I keep coming back here this will likely be my last visit if I even proceed through the drive through... I really don't understand what the hell goes on in the store.

I need to update my review of this place since it has gone down so much. The last three times I was there I had to wait for so long, and the food is never correct. Yesterday we waited 10 minutes and no one would even take our order. The manager kept walking past us and didn't even acknowledge we were standing there. We ended up leaving.

This place is slow (really slow), it smells bad, and they had the entire order wrong except the drinks.

Avoid this location if you can. Unbelievably slow service, employees were pretty careless, and after a long wait for the food most of it wasn’t hot. It’s almost as though they didn’t seem cook things to completion. Will not be going back here.

Wendy's in Ephrata. We went to Lancaster and hit a big snow squall so we stopped at Wendy's to eat and sit out the storm well they got my order wrong so I got a biggy CB for free. I ordered the fish and threw off the entire kitchen staff. The manager came out and instructed them how to cook it. They must not have many Catholics in Lancaster. LoL but we all had a good laugh about it.

Quick service food was good

Food was good. However 2 items were put in the computer wrong. One mistake affected the coupon I wanted to use and the other mistake affected the food we received so we had to return. Almost all drinks were out because no one reset the system. No toilet paper in the women's bathroom. Paper towels were sitting out instead of put in the dispenser. Unhappy with our visit.
