Maybe don't put the grumpy one at the drive through window. He didn't say a single word to me and he glared at me as I left.

Worst Wendy’s in Colorado Springs. Last two times we came here they messed up the order. We decided to try breakfast and was once again left disappointed. What good is it to advertise breakfast hours till 10:30, if they stop serving egg at 10:15.

Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning at 10:15. When we pulled up to order the employee said they were not serving eggs because they were getting ready to transition to lunch. Breakfast ends at 10:30. Other times we have visited this location the service is awful and forced customer service. I do not recommend this location. The owner needs to rehire staff or visit often because it is a great location but a terrible experience.

It’s 10:18pm and we are being waiting more than 10 mins for the orden some of the staff just left the trash out and said oh I forgot I left a car here this is awful service if the staff is tired please just quit your job

Computer system/cash register was not working. It took awhile to order and receive food.

Was closed early at 2pm when it was snowing but it's colorado so no reason for that.

Було чисто, їжа смачна відповідно ціні за 5$. Все сподобалось. Єдине, попросили спакувати з собою, але про це забули. Але після нагадування +1 хвилина і ми вже виходили задоволені покупкою. Можна просто наголосити на цьому. Обов'язково ще повернемося

They were out of Sprite on the floor so I went to the counter and asked if they had it in drive thru. Some very "big" guy said no. He didn't offer anything else or make any effort to help me. But before I could make it back to the soda machine to choose something else this big guy hurried back to the drink machine, put it in cleaning mode and walked off. I ended up eating half of my meal with nothing to drink. It seems no matter which Wendy's I go to there is always an issue with their drink stations. This particular place was nasty. It looked like cherry syrup had exploded all over the maxing and they were waiting until the evening shift to clean it. This place is just straight out rude and dirty. Thanks "big" guy

Michaels customer service was absolutely excellent!
