Not only did she drop my card under my car, she gave me the wrong sauce, the wrong drink, the wrong burger and did it all with an attitude. I get it because it was late but to have an attitude and still be terribly wrong is just bad business. Get your staff together cuz this meal was disappointing.

Sometimes it is potluck with an order....you place an order, but you are never sire what you are going to get until you open the bag

Service is pretty good

the people working at the window are becoming more and more hateful and inconvenienced. I pray their day gets better because I always have terrible encounters no matter the days I go. Kid-friendliness: kid menu meals - no 6 pc nugget in case your kids like nuggets & you'd like to get more; there is an upcharge for 2 extra nuggets .

Got food order wrong

Wendy’s finally lost my business. I used to enjoy a good honey chicken biscuit in the morning and loved their strawberry lemonade. This morning I received a fake chicken patty that was awful, to put it mildly. And there was no strawberry in the lemonade. It was just a pink looking lemonade. Evidently they’ve gotten stingy on the chicken and strawberry syrup. To top it off the cashier was extremely unfriendly. No hello, no smile, no personality, and definitely no have a nice day or anything like that after handing me my meal. She just proceeded to ignore me and walk off. So I certainly won’t be back and won’t recommend them to anyone either. That means I also won’t be buying those little Halloween books or key tags I used to get to help support anything by them either.
