Wendy's

This place is disgusting! I was in the drive thru before I got to the window I saw the older lady prepping burgers without gloves, scratched her back and then continued to top the burgers. I drove off before I got to window because that was enough for me. WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING FOOD NASTIES.on top of that the drive thru worker on the speaker was extremely rude.

I'm not a person that submit bad reviews unless I feel it's necessary for consumer awareness. During lunch today when ordering via the drive-thru I was informed by the manager on duty that this location does not have the capability to give customers a receipt on the drive-thru registers. Of course when calling Wendy's corporate office I was advised that is against the law which I was already aware....any time a purchase is made whether cash, credit or debit card a customer should always be given a printed receipt. I am still awaiting a call from the District Manager regarding this financial matter.

Let’s make sure orders are correct didn’t get the sauce I asked for the lady at the second window almost didn’t give me my drinks and definitely would have liked some utensils to eat my chilly. No butter or any condiment besides ketchup thanks. The Wendy’s on Cummings Hwy is the one to go to top Tier service over there this place was mediocre at best.

Horrible experience

Rude staff, angry and slow

Hi there. I normally don’t leave reviews and I’m normally a pretty laid-back individual, but this store was so bad and so aggressive I had to warn people. My wife ordered some food for the kiddos through the Wendy’s app. When arriving at the window we saw that the drinks were incorrect and an item was missing. When I mentioned this to the individual at the window, I was told that if the items were not in their system, then I’d have to pay for it. I explained that I had already paid and showed them my receipt in the mobile app showing the correct info. They stated that since it wasn’t on their end, I wasn’t getting it. I very politely reminded them that the info they needed was in fact within their system… the Wendys app. They said I’d have to take it up with corporate. At this point I was stunned. I had the receipt within the app showing my accurate purchase, but they refuse to supply the missing items. I told them that if that was the case, I’d like a refund. They, again, told me to take it up with corporate. At this point I told them I wasn’t leaving until my money was returned or my items were fixed. They proceeded to call the police… once the police arrived I was told that since the receipt on their end did not show the items, they did not have to supply them to me. I then took the food purchase back in side, left it on the counter, and told them all the F off as the whole situation was crazy. Sorry for the F off, but you people were really really awful. I will be calling corporate to let them know how this store operates. Customers shouldn’t feel scared/threatened if small easy to resolve issues occur. The only silver lining was a sweet older madam trying to help and understanding the situation, but then another manager stepped in and proceeded to threaten me and my family with the police. You have been warned.

Doordasher trying to pick up order on 1/23/24 at 11 pm. Staff was extremely rude and manager cussed me out at window because I was trying to figure out what was going on with an order "they couldn't find" I sat at the speaker box for 5 minutes and nobody said anything, so I pulled up to the window and was informed I have to go back to the speaker box.

I went to pick up a order for for someone and these people lied to me and told me that the order had already been picked up

Thanks Wendy’s! We waited 15 mins at the windows for cold food! Maybe you should just close early.
