I'll start out by saying that I have had a few decent experiences at this Wendy's but if there is more than three vehicles in drive thru I usually pass by because they take too long most times I'm in drive thru where there are three or more vehicles. The customer service isn't that good when younger people are taking your order or greeting you that's if you are greeted. I've had some positive experiences with some managers there where I've felt that my order was taken properly and the food was not cool in temperature.

Overall I will give this location a B plus
Not only did the first dasher steal our food, Wendy’s “made a new order” but sent cold burgers and chicken nuggets after they said they remade the order. It took them almost an hour to make kids meals and a small burger with fries. I called up there and the person didn’t even say “bye” when I confirmed they were remaking the order; she hung up on me. Fast food!!! Winning boycott them price hikes coming.
Don’t go here unless u order through app, their menu prices are inflated. Was passing by here because of freeway traffic decided to stop and get a five dollar jr. bacon biggie bag, I have the app but was pulling in when I decided to get something. They proceeded to tell me their five dollar jr. bacon biggie bag was a six dollar biggie bag which supposed to be five, but they were charging six dollars, I thought it sounded a little weird so I didn’t get anything I kept going. When I was able to stop and use my app, I put in that location and Walla, I can order the five dollar bigger bag on the app at that location but they won’t sell it to me at the drive-through for the 5 dollar price. Didn’t buy food so not sure how that is.
